The Most Widely Known Russian Scammer.
She was born the 1st of April, 1985 in Nikolaev City, Ukraine. There came the time when the provincial girl decided to make her living with marriage scams. Her approach was not to correspond a lot with somebody and try to extort money via the Internet. That was just not her style. She was a bright representative of the ”new” scam artists.
After a short correspondence, this girl traveled to any point of the world on her own money to visit men she met on dating sites or via dating agencies. That’s was her investment for the further scam. She was coming to men and was having sex with them, totally entering their trust and leaving no doubt that she wants to marry. She started to extort money only after completely entering the trust of her victims. And she finished it only when she returned to Russia to arrange relocation to the future husband's country and other paper work.
She asked for money for everything. The men who had had sex with her and were thus completely sure she was their future wife sent the money with pleasure.
In 2003 she came to Saint Peterburg in search of happiness to meet the young porn producer Bob Jack. He offered her a starring role in a series of porn movies. He promised good money for it with total confidence and promised it would never be sold in Russia. She agreed.
In May, 2004 she came to the casting of the most popular reality show “Dom-2” (House-2) on TNT Channel in Russia, which millions of people watch every day, and at the 12th of May, she became one of the stars.
Of course, she hide her scam and pornographic experience in the past. But among the millions of tv watchers, there were some who found out she was a porn actress. Rumours were spreading all over the world via the internet.
More than that, when people Googled her to get to know more about her as a hero of a reality show, they found information about her on anti-scam websites.
56 days after her coming to “Dom-2” (House-2), the organizers removed her from the TV project.
But after the doors of television closed, the star future awaited her. Her porn movies were available everywhere; people hurried to make a profit on her suddenly popular name. Pirates even registered her name domain and sold porn on it.
Still undaunted and in spite of the past, in 2005 she married a rich businessman from Saint Petersburg, Vladimir Himchenko, who was twice as old as she. Of course, he thought his wife's past was just her mistaken steps while searching for a better life, but with him, everything would now be fine.
What did she do? She opened four legal marriage agencies (though knowing her biography it will not suprise if somehow these agencies were scamming). These agencies were in Saint-Peterburg, Kryim and Nikolaev.
Moreover, in 2006 she released the music album That’s Just Sex and toured all over the Russia. As well, she became the official face of steamboat company “Sylvia-Lines” in the Baltic Sea. Her name is Elena Berkova.
But still today when you Google “Elena Berkova,” you can see that scam information about her has been indexed much earlier than any other info.
Elena Berkova is the most widely known scam artist of Russia, the criminal who is still unpunished. Doubtless, she will be scamming again though.
